We recommend booking your appointment ahead of time, however, we welcome walk-ins if we have the availability. We request 48-hours notice for haircut cancellations and 72-hours for color services.  Cancellations not made in this time frame, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee and/or future pre-payment for appointments.  A 50% service deposit is required when reserving extensions or a smoothing appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.

We ask for your partnership for a great salon experience.

We use Eufora products throughout the salon and we want you to love your new products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day full money back refund.

For returns over 30 days, we gladly offer in-store credit.

We cannot accept any returns after 90 days.

Please be advised that we have a convenience fee of 3% added to any credit or debit card transaction. We always accept cash and check as alternate forms of payment.
